Yaupon Holly · Home Roast
Yaupon Holly · Home Roast
Grown on our land and roasted in small batches.
Yaupon is the only native caffeinated plant in North America and has been brewed as a daily tea in the Southeast for centuries.
This batch was harvested, dried, and slowly roasted to create a smooth, grounding cup with gentle, long-lasting energy.
Limited. Seasonal.
Made when the land offers it.
This is energy that knows how to behave.
Barn Witch Yaupon is crafted from full-sized yaupon holly leaves, gently medium-roasted to create a smooth, nutty tea with natural caffeine that doesn’t spike or crash. The energy is subtle, steady, and long-lasting—supporting focus without overstimulation.
Unlike coffee, yaupon offers clarity without jitters. Unlike many green teas, it has a fuller body and a cleaner finish, with very little bitterness.
The leaves are intentionally kept whole. You simply break them by hand, add them to a tea strainer, and steep. The same leaves can be steeped multiple times, continuing to release flavor and caffeine.
This is a tea for long mornings, thoughtful work, and grounded momentum.
